São Paulo, Brazil, March 24, 2026: Zayon's Founder and CEO, Deborah Nogueira, took the stage at Next Day, FENASBAC's innovation event, to present the ESG Advisor, the proof of concept Zayon developed with Sicredi during the Next Impact by FENASBAC acceleration program.

The ESG Advisor is an AI-powered recommendation system for sustainable financial products. It considers each cooperative member's behavior and life stage to suggest the ESG solution that best fits their situation, and supports the relationship manager in turning that suggestion into a concrete conversation.

In her presentation, Nogueira highlighted three principles behind the system:

  • Human in command. The relationship manager receives the reasoning behind every offer. There is no black box: the focus is transparency and context.

  • Personalized narrative. The system provides approach arguments tailored to each customer profile, so relationship managers can use the right argument at the right moment.

  • Integrated, in-house technology. All models were developed internally by Zayon, bringing together in a single system capabilities that would otherwise require integrating several separate products.

"Being on stage at Next Day meant showing how Zayon is turning ESG from theory into practice in the financial sector," said Nogueira.
